Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy for this site is generally simple: I, Alvin Alexander, don’t have any interest in your personal information. I just hope people will use the site to learn Scala, FP, and ZIO.

That being said, this website is built on the Wix platform, and from what I can see, they do a few different things:

• They require that you “join” my courses. I would prefer that you didn’t have to do that, but that’s the way their Course/Program software works, and I can’t do anything about that.

• They have an “Analytics” area for website owners like me. Again, in part because everything here is free, I don’t have much interest in those details. It’s nice to see if page-views are going up or down in the aggregate, and what courses are the most popular, but I have ZERO interest in individual page-views.
